Уманською окружною прокуратурою попереджено незаконне вибуття з комунальної власності 22 приміщень колишніх навчальних закладів. Йдеться про 9 шкіл, 10 дитячих садочків, а також навчально-виховний комплекс, басейн та котельню. Загальна вартість майна перевищує 470 млн грн.

За інформацією прокуратури, одна з міських рад Уманського району у 2024 році незаконно віднесла зазначені приміщення до об’єктів, які підлягають приватизації. Це суперечило прямій законодавчій забороні щодо відчуження майна освітніх закладів і створювало ризик його втрати для громади.

З метою захисту інтересів держави та громади прокурор звернувся до суду з позовом.

У результаті вжитих прокуратурою заходів рада була змушена виключити з переліку об’єктів приватизації усе освітнє майно.

Таким чином, саме завдяки втручанню прокуратури громада зберегла приміщення освітнього призначення, які й надалі можуть використовуватися для потреб дітей та жителів району.

With the Prosecutor's office assistance, the illegal removal of 22 premises of educational institutions from communal ownership was prevented

The Uman District Prosecutor's Office has prevented the illegal removalof 22 premises of former educational institutions from communal ownership. These are 11 kindergartens and infrastructure facilities designed to serve them. The total value of the property exceeds UAH 470 million.

According to the Prosecutor's Office, one of the city councils of the Uman district in 2024 illegally classified the specified premises as objects to be privatized. This was contrary to the direct legal prohibition on the alienation of the property of educational institutions and created a risk of its loss for the community.

In order to protect the interests of the state and the community, the prosecutor filed a lawsuit.

As a result of the measures taken by the Prosecutor's Office, the council was forced to exclude all educational property from the list of privatization objects.

Thus, with the Prosecutor's Office assistance the community preserved educational premises, which can continue to be used for the needs of children and residents of the district.
