Захист української землі від незаконного використання є одним із ключових напрямів роботи прокурорів Спеціалізованих екологічних прокуратур. Особливо важливо це тоді, коли мова йде про ділянки у межах природоохоронних територій, що мають екологічну та стратегічну цінність. Завдяки принциповій позиції прокуратури ще одну спробу незаконно використати українські ресурси вдалося зупинити.

Херсонщина

Прокуратура захистила 550 га унікальних земель Національного природного парку «Кам’янська Січ» та повернула їх державі. ГУ Держгеокадастру в Херсонській області протиправно сформувало та передало ці ділянки у комунальну власність як землі сільгосппризначення, що суперечило законодавству та порушувало режим охорони територій ПЗФ. 

Суд повністю задовольнив вимоги прокуратури: накази визнані недійсними, реєстрацію скасовано. 

Вже виконано три позови, завдяки чому Нацпарк збереже свій природний і історичний потенціал для нащадків.

The Prosecutor's Office returns protected and valuable lands to the state. Kherson region

Protection of Ukrainian land from illegal use is one of the key areas of work of prosecutors of Specialized Environmental Prosecutor's Offices. This is especially important when it comes to areas within nature conservation areas that have ecological and strategic value. With the principled position of the Prosecutor's Office, another attempt to illegally use Ukrainian resources was stopped.

Kherson region

The Prosecutor's Office protected 550 hectares of unique lands of the “Kamianska Sich” National Nature Park and returned them to the state. The State Geocadastre State Department in the Kherson region illegally formed and transferred these plots to communal ownership as agricultural land, which contradicted the legislation and violated the regime of protection of the nature reserve fund areas.

The court upheld the Prosecutor's Office's motion: the orders were declared invalid, the registration was canceled. Three lawsuits have already been completed, thanks to which the National Park will preserve its natural and historical potential for posterity.
