За процесуального керівництва Офісу Генерального прокурора повідомлено про підозру колишньому директору з енергоефективності та управління майном НАК «Нафтогаз Україна» у зловживанні владою або службовим ставищем (ч. 2 ст. 364 КК України).

За матеріалами слідства, посадовець всупереч інтересам служби, умисно прийняв та підписав договір оренди адміністративної будівлі у Києві для НАК «Нафтогаз України» до завершення в ній ремонтно-оздоблювальних робіт. Внаслідок його протиправних дій працівники підприємства три місяці не мали змоги повноцінно нею користуватись, а державній компанії завдано збитків на суму понад 26 млн грн, які були перераховані за орендну плату.

Досудове розслідування здійснюється слідчими ГСУ ДБР за оперативного супроводження ГУ «І» ДЗНД СБ України.

Примітка: відповідно до ст. 62 Конституції України особа вважається невинуватою у вчиненні злочину і не може бути піддана кримінальному покаранню, доки її вину не буде доведено в законному порядку і встановлено обвинувальним вироком суду.

An official of «Naftogaz Ukraine» JSC is suspected of abuse of power. His actions led to losses to the state-owned enterprise of more than UAH 26 million

Under the procedural supervison of the Prosecutor General’s Office, the former director of energy efficiency and property management of Joint Stock Company "National Joint Stock Company "Naftogaz of Ukraine" was notified of suspicion for abuse of power or official status (part 2 of Art. 364 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).

According to the investigation, the official, contrary to the interests of the service, deliberately accepted and signed the lease agreement for the administrative building in Kyiv for "National Joint Stock Company "Naftogaz of Ukraine", JSC until the completion of repair and finishing works there. As a result of his illegal actions, the company's employees were unable to fully use it for three months, and the state company suffered losses in the amount of more than UAH 26 million, which were transferred for rent.

The pre-trial investigation is carried out by the investigators of the Main Investigation Department of the State Bureau of Investigation under the operational support of the Main Directorate "I" of the Department for National State Security of the Security Service of Ukraine (SSU). 

Note: In accordance with Article 62 of the Constitution a person shall be presumed innocent of a crime and shall not be subjected to criminal punishment until his guilt has been proved legally and established by a court conviction.
