Ювенальні прокурори Чернігівської обласної прокуратури довели вину чоловіка, який в стані алкогольного сп’яніння упродовж п’яти днів знущався над 11-річною дівчинкою та 12-річним хлопчиком за те, що вони нарвали без дозволу персики сусіда. Він бив дітей підручними засобами: металевими та дерев’яними палицями, сокирою, ножем. Також чоловік заподіяв легкі тілесні ушкодження співмешканці, яка намагалась зупинити його.

Внаслідок катування діти отримали множинні переломи верхніх кінцівок, закриту черепно-мозкову травму та значну кількість саден і гематом по всьому тілу.

Суд визнав чоловіка винним за ч. 1 ст. 127, ч. 1 ст. 125 КК України та засудив до максимальної можливої міри покарання - 6 років позбавлення волі.

Своєї вини у вчиненому він не визнав. До набрання вироком законної сили зловмисник перебуватиме під вартою.

Досудове розслідування здійснювали слідчі СУ ГУНП в Чернігівській області.

A man who tortured two minor children of his partner was sentenced to 6 years in prison

Juvenile prosecutors of the Chernihiv Regional Prosecutor's Office have proven the guilt of a man who, while intoxicated, abused an 11-year-old girl and a 12-year-old boy for five days for picking a neighbor's peaches without permission.. He beat the children with improvised means: metal and wooden sticks, an ax, a knife. The man also caused minor injuries to his partner, who tried to stop him.

As a result of the torture, the children suffered multiple fractures of the upper limbs, a closed brain injury and a significant number of abrasions and hematomas throughout the body.

The court found the man guilty under part 1 of Art 127, part 1 of Art125 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine and sentenced him to the maximum possible sentence - 6 years of imprisonment.

He pleaded not guilty to the charges. The perpetrator will remain in custody until the verdict becomes final.

The pre-trial investigation was carried out by investigators of the Investigation Department of the Main Directorate of the National Police in the Chernihiv region.
