Delegation of the Prosecutor General's Office of Ukraine held a working visit to the Interpol General Secretariat
On June 15, the delegation of the Prosecutor General's Office of Ukraine headed by the Deputy Prosecutor General Yevhenii Yenin met with the heads of the General Secretariat and the Secretariat of the Interpol File Control Commission in the city of Lyon (French Republic).
The event was organized on the purpose of conducting bilateral consultations on actual cooperation issues between law enforcement agencies of Ukraine and the International Criminal Police Organization, including investigating criminal proceedings against former Ukrainian high-ranking officials and announcing them in international search.
The parties discussed the some aspects of the Ukrainian criminal-procedural legislation and the correlation of its articles within the provisions of the internal acts of the international organization.
As the result of consultations the positions of representatives of the General Prosecutor's Office of Ukraine and Interpol was agreed on key issues of their further cooperation.
