Yurii Lutsenko held a meeting with Head of the European Union Advisory Mission on the matters of civil security sector reform in Ukraine Kęstutis Lančinskas
On March 3, 2017, the Prosecutor General of Ukraine Yurii Lutsenko met with the delegation of the European Union Advisory Mission on the matters of civil security sector reform in Ukraine headed by Kęstutis Lančinskas.
The Prosecutor General of Ukraine informed foreign colleagues about the state of reform of the Ukrainian public prosecution service bodies and the main results of the agency work in 2016, as well as priorities for 2017.
Parties discussed the results of bilateral cooperation and identified key areas further expand and improve the efficiency of cooperation in the future.
Yurii Lutsenko noted the assistance provided EUAM to the Prosecutor General’s Office of Ukraine, including promotion in installing software for translations. Abovementioned product will expand the technical capabilities of the Prosecutor General’s Office of Ukraine, including on cooperation with foreign partners in the international legal field.
"I am extremely pleased by the fact that our cooperation is implementing not only in words but also through providing technical assistance which is necessary to improve the results of the prosecution", - said the Prosecutor General of Ukraine.
