Nazar Kholodnytskyi – Deputy Prosecutor General – Head of Special Anti-Corruption Prosecutor’s Office

 

Born on January 31, 1985
Graduated from Lviv National University named after Ivan Franko in 2006.
Nazar Kholodnytskyi started his career in the prosecution authorities in 2006 as an Assistant to Prosecutor at the Prosecutor’s Office of Kyivo-Sviatoshynskyi District in Kyiv Region. From 2009 to 2014 – Senior Assistant to Prosecutor, Senior Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of Kyivo-Sviatoshynskyi District in Kyiv Region. From March to December 2014 – Senior Assistant to the First Deputy Prosecutor General of Ukraine.
From December 2014 to November 2015 - First Deputy Prosecutor of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea.
In November 30, 2015, pursuant to the order of the Prosecutor General of Ukraine, following a competitive selection, he was appointed Deputy Prosecutor General of Ukraine – Head of Special Anti-Corruption Prosecutor’s Office


                      


Vitalii Kasko - First Deputy Prosecutor General

Born on June 29, 1976 in Lviv.

Graduated with honours from the Ivan Franko National University of Lviv with a degree in Law.

In 1998, Vitalii Kasko was assigned to the prosecution bodies and worked as an investigator of the District Prosecutor’s Office in Lviv City, a senior investigator of the Prosecutor’s Office of Lviv Region, and then as the Deputy Head of the Investigation Division of the Prosecutor’s Office of Lviv Region.

In 2002-2004, he worked as a senior prosecutor of the International Law Department of the Prosecutor General’s Office of Ukraine. In 2007-2010, he headed the said department of the Prosecutor General’s Office of Ukraine.

In 2014-2016, he worked as the Deputy Prosecutor General of Ukraine.

Since 2015, he is a member of the Executive Committee of the International Association of Prosecutors (IAP). In 2018, he was re-elected by the General Meeting of the IAP as a member of the Executive Committee for a second term.

In 2004-2007, 2010-2014, 2016-2019, he was engaged in private law practice and legal expert activities.

Since July 2019, he is a member of the National Anti-Corruption Policy Council and the Law Reform Commission.

Pursuant to the Order of the Prosecutor General dated September 5, 2019, Vitalii Kasko was appointed as the First Deputy Prosecutor General.


  


Viktor Chumak - Deputy Prosecutor General - Chief Military Prosecutor
Born on June 6, 1958 in Khmelnytskyi. 

Graduated from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv with a degree in Law.

1977 - 1981 - Сadet of Khmelnytsky Higher Artillery College.

1981 - 1992 - Service in the USSR Armed Forces.

1992 - 2004 - Held different positions in the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine.

2000 - 2004 - Head of Legal Support Department of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine.

2005 - 2010 - Head of the Public Policy Analysis Department of the International Center for Policy Studies.

2010 - 2012 - Head of the Public Organization "Ukrainian Institute of Public Policy".

2012 - 2014 - Member of Parliament of the 7th convocation, Head of Verkhovna Rada Committee on Combating Organized Crime and Corruption.

2014 - 2019 - Member of Parliament of the 8th Convocation, Deputy Head of Verkhovna Rada Committee on Prevention and Combating Corruption.

Pursuant to the Order of the Prosecutor General dated September 11, 2019, was appointed as the Deputy Prosecutor General - Chief Military Prosecutor.

Viktor Trepak – Deputy Prosecutor General
Born on August 25, 1975 in Skole, Skole district, Lviv region.
Graduated from Ivan Franko Lviv National University in 1997, Lviv Institute of Internal Affairs at the National Academy of Internal Affairs of Ukraine – in 2002. 

In June 2000 - was called up for military service in the Security Service of Ukraine, where he served at operational and leadership positions.

From July 2015 to April 2016 - First Deputy Head of the Security Service of Ukraine - Head of the Main Directorate for Combating Corruption and Organized Crime of the Central Department of the Security Service of Ukraine.

In July 2016 - was voluntarily dismissed from the service of state security agencies.

From July 2016 to August 2018 - Professor of the Department of the National Academy of Security Service of Ukraine.

From September 2018 to August 2019 - Associate Professor of the Department of Criminal Law and Criminology, Faculty of Law, Ivan Franko Lviv National University.

Pursuant to the Order of the Prosecutor General dated October 8, 2019, was appointed as the Deputy Prosecutor General.

PhD in Law, Major General in Army Reserve.


  


Gyunduz Mamedov – Deputy Prosecutor General

Born on October 26, 1974 in Ganja, Azerbaijan.

Graduated from Odesa I.I. Mechnikov National University in 1996 with a degree in Law. PhD in Law.

1996 - 2002 - Assistant Prosecutor-Trainee, Assistant Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of Prymorskyi District in Odesa City, Odesa Region.

2002 - 2011 - Deputy Prosecutor of Prymorskyi District in Odesa City, Odesa Region.

2011 - 2012 - First Deputy Prosecutor of Prymorskyi District in Odesa City, Odesa Region.

2012 - 2013 - Prosecutor of Division in the Investigative Department of the Prosecutor’s Office of Kyiv Region.

From March 2013 to December 2013 – Chief Scientific Officer of the Combating Crime Research Unit in the Scientific Research Institute of the National Prosecution Academy of Ukraine.

2013 - 2014 - Head of Investigation Division of the Dnipro Ecological Prosecutor’s Office.

2014 - 2015 - Prosecutor of Odesa City, Odesa Region.

2015 - 2016 - Deputy Prosecutor of Odesa Region.

2016 - 2019 - Prosecutor of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea.

Pursuant to the Order of the Prosecutor General, dated October 18, 2019, was appointed as the Deputy Prosecutor General.
