On June 24, around 11:00 PM, the enemy attacked the city of Kupiansk from the air. Private and multi-apartment buildings were damaged. Four women and two men were injured and suffered acute shock.

On June 25, approximately from 01:54 to 02:05, the Russian army attacked the Kyiv district of the city of Kharkiv with strike drones. The UAVs targeted the area near uninhabited multi-apartment buildings. Fires broke out in the buildings. A 64-year-old security guard was injured. Hits were also recorded on the territory of an enterprise.

Around 03:40, the Russian army carried out an airstrike on the village of Vodyane in the Kupiansk district of Kharkiv region. The KAB hit the private residential sector. A 49-year-old woman was killed. Her husband was injured and hospitalized.

Also at night, the enemy attacked civilian infrastructure facilities in the Izmail district of Odesa region using UAVs. Warehouses of a private enterprise, agricultural equipment, and machinery were damaged. 

Under the procedural guidance of the Kyiv District Prosecutor's Office of Kharkiv, the Kupiansk District Prosecutor's Office of Kharkiv region, and the Izmail District Prosecutor's Office of Odesa region, pre-trial investigations have been initiated into the commission of war crimes (Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
