According to the lawsuit of the prosecutor's office, it is necessary to determine the boundaries of the Trypil cultural monument in Kirovohrad region

By the administrative lawsuit of the Novoukrainka District Prosecutor's Office, the court obliged the Department of Culture and Tourism of the Kirovohrad Regional Military Administration to take measures to include information about the boundaries and usage regimes of the archaeological site in the State Land Cadastre. This concerns a settlement of the Trypillia culture with a total area of nearly 58 hectares, located in the Kutska Balka area near the village of Fedorivka.

The absence of established boundaries for historically and culturally significant lands makes it impossible to properly preserve the cultural heritage object and creates risks of its damage or loss. The formation of the land plot involves determining its area, boundaries, and entering the relevant data into the State Land Cadastre.

The territory of the former Dobrovelychkivka district has been inhabited by people since ancient times. This is confirmed by numerous archaeological finds dated to the Neolithic period (6th–4th millennium BC). In particular, in the area of the village of Fedorivka, a settlement of the Trypillia culture from the 4th–3rd millennium BC was discovered in the 1970s.

Some of the artifacts from there are currently stored in the regional local history museum.
