The execution of court decisions is an integral part of effective protection and restoration of violated rights.

The Dnipropetrovsk Regional Prosecutor's Office, in cooperation with the State Enforcement Service and local self-government bodies, ensured the actual execution of the court decision regarding the return of a land plot of over 2000 sq. m valued at approximately 2.7 million UAH, located in the Industrial District of Dnipro, on which unauthorized constructions were erected – a parking lot for storing vehicles.

It was established that in 2020, an entrepreneur set up a parking lot without the necessary construction permits and land rights.

Defending the interests of the state, the prosecutor's office filed a lawsuit to return the land plot and demolish the illegally constructed buildings and structures. The lawsuit was fully granted.

Currently, the court decision has been executed: the illegal structures have been dismantled, and the land plot has been returned to the ownership of the territorial community of Dnipro.
