Under the procedural guidance of the Nemishlyansky District Prosecutor's Office of Kharkiv, a pre-trial investigation has been initiated regarding the commission of a war crime (Part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).

According to the investigation, on October 24, approximately at 11:00, the armed forces of the Russian Federation carried out a series of airstrikes on the Industrial District of Kharkiv.

Warehouses of civilian enterprises and vehicles were damaged.

Four men sustained injuries and trauma, while four women experienced acute stress reactions.

It has been preliminarily established that the Russian army attacked the city with five aerial munitions, the type of which is currently being determined.

Relevant services continue to work at the strike sites.
