Prosecutors of the Donetsk Regional Prosecutor's Office proved in court the guilt of a 52-year-old resident of Kostiantynivka in state treason (part 2 of Article 111 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine). She was sentenced to 15 years in prison with confiscation of property.

In July 2024, the woman began collaborating via “Telegram” with a serviceman of the Russian motorized rifle brigade. For four months, she transmitted intelligence information to the enemy about the construction of defensive and fortification structures on the outskirts of her city. She indicated the locations of military equipment and personnel of the Defense Forces, as well as civilian infrastructure facilities, particularly in one of the settlements of the city community.

Additionally, carrying out the enemy's tasks, the agent went to the field and checked for the presence of Ukrainian units at various locations. In her personal correspondence, she reported on the consequences of fire damage, assisting the enemy in adjusting further strikes.

In November 2024, the informant was detained and taken into custody at the request of the prosecutor's office.

The pre-trial investigation was conducted by the Main Directorate of the Security Service of Ukraine in the Donetsk and Luhansk regions.
