Russian troops attacked Dnipropetrovsk region and Kharkiv region: law enforcement officers document the consequences

Prosecutors are documenting the consequences of yet another war crime against the civilian population, committed by the armed forces of the Russian Federation on November 11-12. Pre-trial investigations have been initiated regarding the facts of committing war crimes (Part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).

Dnipropetrovsk Region.

On the night of November 12, Russian troops attacked the Dnipropetrovsk region with drones and artillery. As a result of the strike on the Vasylkiv community, a 47-year-old man was killed. Infrastructure facilities were damaged.

In Pavlohrad, as a result of drone strikes, enterprises and vehicles were damaged.

In Nikopol, a private house was damaged by an FPV drone. 

Kharkiv Region.

On November 11, around 21:00, as a result of a strike by a Russian attack drone in the village of Yuriyivka in the Kupiansk district, a 70-year-old woman was injured. Residential buildings were damaged.

Also, as a result of an airstrike at 23:45 by the Russian armed forces on the village of Mokra Rokytna, a farm building was damaged.

Around 4:15, Russian troops again carried out an air attack on the village of Vasycheve. A 50-year-old man and a 27-year-old woman sustained injuries. An 18-year-old boy experienced an acute stress reaction. A supermarket warehouse was damaged.
