In the evening of December 3rd and during the night of December 4th, the Russian Federation carried out combined strikes on several regions of Ukraine. Civilians were affected, and civilian and critical infrastructure was damaged. Medical personnel and rescuers are working at the sites. Prosecutors, together with law enforcement and the Security Service of Ukraine, are documenting the consequences and recording the war crimes of the Russian Federation under Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.

Kherson Region.

Around 21:35, Russian military forces shelled Kherson with artillery. A six-year-old girl was killed in her home, and her father was injured. 

Three other people were also injured. The victims have been hospitalized.

Donetsk Region.

In the evening of December 3rd, the Russian army shelled Sloviansk, reportedly using "FAB-250" with an UMPC module.

As a result of the strike on a residential building, eight civilians were injured, including a seven-year-old girl and a 13-year-old boy, five men, and one woman. The victims were diagnosed with blast injuries, shrapnel wounds, abrasions, and acute stress reactions.

More than 10 apartment buildings and 24 private houses, shops, cars, and power lines were damaged.

Odesa Region.

Also, during the night of December 4th, the enemy attacked Odesa with strike drones, damaging an energy infrastructure facility. An administrative building, 8 residential apartment buildings, 28 cars, and 5 garages were damaged.  

Seven injured individuals are in the hospital. 

Dnipropetrovsk Region.

Also, during the night, Russian forces shelled the Nikopol district using artillery and FPV drones. A woman was injured, and residential properties were damaged.

In the Synelnykove district, drone strikes damaged more than 10 private houses and cars.
