Two participants in the conflict, who inflicted bodily harm on a 15-year-old teenager in Vinnytsia, have been notified of suspicion for grossly violating public order out of blatant disrespect for society, accompanied by particular audacity, committed by a group of individuals (part 2 of Article 296 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).

According to the investigation, on the evening of July 1, 2025, near one of the supermarkets in the regional center, two young men aged 15 and 18 committed hooligan actions against the minor due to a verbal insult directed at their friend.

The unlawful actions were filmed on a phone by another boy from the group of teenagers who were watching the fight. Subsequently, the video was spread on the social network TikTok.

After examination by a doctor, the victim did not require hospitalization.

As a result of operational actions, law enforcement officers identified all participants in the conflict.

Currently, prosecutors from the Vinnytsia District Prosecutor's Office are preparing a motion for the selection of preventive measures for the suspects.

The prosecution emphasizes the unacceptability of violence among minors, especially in the form that leads to public humiliation through social networks.

Under the procedural guidance of the prosecution, the pre-trial investigation is being conducted by the investigative unit of Police Station No. 1 of the Vinnytsia District Police Department of the Main Directorate of the National Police in the Vinnytsia region.

Note: according to Article 62 of the Constitution of Ukraine, a person is presumed innocent of committing a crime and cannot be subjected to criminal punishment until their guilt is proven in a lawful manner and established by a guilty verdict of the court.
