Under the procedural guidance of the Kupiansk, Lozova, and Bohodukhiv district prosecutors of the Kharkiv region, pre-trial investigations have been initiated into the facts of committing war crimes (Part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).

According to the investigation, on December 17 at approximately 6:40, an enemy drone attacked the village of Zamist in the Kupiansk district. As a result of the strike, a 50-year-old man sustained abrasions and an acute stress reaction.

Additionally, on December 16 at around 18:45, an enemy drone strike was recorded in the village of Chervone in the Lozova district. A 20-year-old man was injured. This was the second strike on the settlement within a day: earlier, during the day, two minors experienced an acute stress reaction.

According to preliminary data, the attacks on the specified settlements were carried out using UAVs of the "Geran-2" type.

Also, around 15:00, Russian FPV drones struck the village of Zavadske in the Zolochiv community.

As a result of the aforementioned attacks, residential houses and outbuildings were damaged.
