An employee of the Kherson hospital who passed data on the movement of Ukrainian military personnel to the enemy will appear before the court

On October 31, 2025, prosecutors of the Kherson Regional Prosecutor's Office sent an indictment to the court against a medical worker for disseminating information about the movement, movement, and location of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (Part 3 of Article 114-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).

According to the preliminary investigation, the accused established contact with a man who had been recruited by representatives of the FSB of the Russian Federation.

During a search, a mobile phone was seized from the accused containing evidence of collaboration with the enemy, including coordinates of Ukrainian units that he sent as markers on Google Maps with detailed descriptions of the objects.

Thanks to the coordinated actions of law enforcement, a leak of important information was prevented. All necessary measures were also taken to protect defense facilities.

The man will await the court's verdict in custody. He faces a punishment of imprisonment for a term of eight to twelve years.

The preliminary investigation was conducted by investigators of the Security Service of Ukraine in the Kherson region.

Note: According to Article 62 of the Constitution of Ukraine, a person is presumed innocent of committing a crime until their guilt is proven in a lawful manner and established by a court verdict.
