On September 30, 2025, around 4:00 PM, the Russian military launched an attack using drones on the city of Dnipro.

As a result of the shelling, one man was killed, and 15 people were injured.

Residential high-rise buildings, office premises, shops, and cars were damaged.

Prosecutors, together with law enforcement, are working at the scene, documenting the consequences of the enemy strike and recording another war crime committed by Russia.

The final scale of the destruction and the number of victims are being clarified.

In addition, a business in the Dnipro district was damaged.

Under the procedural guidance of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Prosecutor's Office, criminal proceedings have been initiated regarding the facts of war crimes (Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
