Prosecutors of the Khust District Prosecutor's Office have approved and sent to court an indictment against a state registrar for the illegal registration of land plots of the forest fund, the rights to which belong to the state.
The total area of these lands is 2555 hectares. Their estimated value is nearly 54 million UAH.
The pre-trial investigation established that the accused illegally re-registered 107 plots of forest management purpose to the Mizhhirya Village Council. She was fully aware that the previous similar registration for these plots for the village council was annulled by an order of the Ministry of Justice in 2023.

The accused is charged with unauthorized actions with information in automated systems, the preparation and issuance of knowingly forged decisions by a state registrar (part 3 of Article 362, part 2, 3 of Article 358 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
The pre-trial investigation in the criminal proceedings was conducted by investigators of the Khust District Police Department of the Main Directorate of the National Police in the Transcarpathian region with operational support from the Criminal Police Sector of the Khust District Police Department and the Cybercrime Prevention Department in the Transcarpathian region.
