In execution of the court's decisions, the SUVs "Kia Sorento," "Jeep Grand Cherokee," "BMW X53," and "Mitsubishi Pajero," as well as the minibus "Volkswagen Transporter," have been transferred for the needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

These vehicles were imported into Ukraine this year by two residents of the Rivne region under the guise of humanitarian aid for the servicemen of the Defense Forces, but were later sold.

In August of this year, the court issued guilty verdicts. The court ordered the confiscation of the vehicles and their transfer for military needs.

Under the procedural guidance of prosecutors from the Rivne Regional Prosecutor's Office, in cooperation with employees of the Security Service of Ukraine in the region and the Main Directorate of the National Police in the region, 4 SUVs and the minibus have already been transferred to military units. The issue of transferring another minibus "Volkswagen Transporter" is being resolved.

The prosecution will continue to take measures to ensure the actual implementation of court decisions and the allocation of confiscated property to strengthen the defense capability of the state.
