28.10.2025
Under the procedural guidance of the Boryspil District Prosecutor's Office, a 48-year-old resident of Boryspil has been notified of suspicion for the production and distribution of child pornography, as well as coercing minors to participate in its creation (part 4 of Article 301-1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine) and committing lewd acts against a minor (part 2 of Article 156 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
The investigation has established that the suspect, over several months, established contact through
social networks with a 13-year-old girl from the Dnipropetrovsk region.
By threatening her with harm to her loved ones, the man forced the child to participate in the creation of pornographic photos and videos. Additionally, by threatening to distribute the images among the girl's friends and classmates, the man compelled the minor to secretly photograph and video-record the naked body of her 8-year-old cousin.
When the girl refused to continue participating in the production of child pornography, the man sent photos of naked girls to their parents. They reported the crime to law enforcement.
As a result of investigative actions, the man has been notified of suspicion under two articles of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. The court has chosen a preventive measure in the form of house arrest (due to a serious illness).
The man faces up to 15 years of imprisonment.
The criminal proceedings are being investigated by the detectives of the Boryspil District Police Department under the procedural guidance of the Boryspil District Prosecutor's Office.
