On October 3, 2025, occupation forces, likely using an FPV drone, attacked the outskirts of the village of Komyshuvakha in the Kramatorsk district. As a result of the strike, a citizen of France - a journalist - was killed, and his colleague from Ukraine was injured. Three other civilians were also wounded. The injured were diagnosed with a concussion, mine-explosive and traumatic brain injuries, shrapnel wounds, contusions, and fractures. They received medical assistance. 

The final consequences are being established. 

Under the procedural guidance of the Kramatorsk District Prosecutor's Office, a pre-trial investigation has been initiated in a criminal proceeding regarding the war crime (Part 2 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine). Prosecutors are taking all possible and appropriate measures to document crimes against the civilian population committed by representatives of the armed forces of the Russian Federation.
