The prosecutor's office returned land plots to the territorial communities in the Samariivskyi district of Dnipropetrovsk region, valued at over 27 million UAH, which had been illegally transferred for use.

It was established that the companies registered ownership rights to land plots with a total area of over 700 hectares without any legal documents and thus used these lands illegally.

In order to restore legality and protect property rights, the Samariivskyi District Prosecutor's Office appealed to the court, which fully satisfied the claims. The state registration of ownership rights was canceled, and the land plots were returned to the ownership of the Mahdalynivka settlement and Lychkivka village councils.

Protecting agricultural land from illegal use is one of the key priorities of the prosecutor's office.

The prosecutor's office will continue to take measures to properly fulfill its functions regarding the representation of the interests of the state and territorial communities in the field of land relations.
