The enforcement of court decisions is an integral part of effective protection and restoration of violated rights.

Prosecutors established that the State Geocadastre authorities illegally issued an order to lease a land plot to an individual who used it for agricultural production.

The Samara District Prosecutor's Office ensured the actual enforcement of the court's decision. This concerns a land plot located within the boundaries of the state significance landscape reserve "Priorylskyi" and has an area of 44 hectares.

In order to restore legality and protect Ukraine's natural heritage, the Samara District Prosecutor's Office appealed to the court, which fully satisfied the prosecutor's claims — on November 3, 2025, the state registration of the lease right was canceled.
