Massive attacks by the Russian Federation in the regions of Ukraine: civilians were killed and injured

Kharkiv Region
On the evening of November 23, from 21:25 to 22:00, Russian military forces launched a massive strike on the city with at least 15 drones. Four people were killed, 13 were injured, and there was significant damage to civilian infrastructure.
In the Shevchenkivskyi district, drones hit private households. Three women were killed. Seven people, including an 11-year-old girl, were injured and experienced acute stress reactions.
In the Saltivskyi district, an energy infrastructure facility and residential buildings were damaged. Six people were injured, including a 12-year-old boy, who was hurt by glass shards.
In the Kholodnohirskiy district, a civilian enterprise was hit. A 63-year-old security guard was killed.
Dnipropetrovsk Region
In the Synelnykove district, on the night of November 24, Russian forces struck using UAVs, resulting in damage to a critical infrastructure facility, a private house, and a car.
In the Nikopol district, the territory of a fire and rescue unit was damaged due to enemy attack.
Chernihiv Region
On November 24 at 6:30, Russian forces struck a private sector on the outskirts of Chernihiv city with UAVs. As a result of the attack, two civilians were injured and were taken to the hospital with bodily injuries. One private house was destroyed, and several others were damaged. A fire broke out at the impact site.
Under the procedural guidance of the prosecutors, criminal proceedings have been opened regarding the facts of war crimes (Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine). Prosecutors and police investigators continue to document the consequences of the strikes and gather evidence.
