Internet agitators of the Russian Federation were exposed in three regions of Ukraine

In the Mykolaiv region , the administrator of a pro-Russian Telegram channel spread propaganda on social networks, justified Russian aggression and claimed that Ukraine started the war. Prosecutors of the Mykolaiv Regional Prosecutor's Office served a notice of suspicion to a 52-year-old local resident.

It was established that the suspect worked closely with a curator from russia, agreed with him on the texts of publications and sent bank details to pay for his services. The offender is currently in custody. The pre-trial investigation is being carried out by the Security Service of Ukraine.

In Cherkasy region , two people were notified of suspicion on Telegram for justifying russia's armed aggression and glorifying its military. One of them is a russian citizen who lived in the region and called the so-called "special military operation" justified through thousands of social media channels, and the "l/dnr" militants as "liberators". Another defendant is a resident of Zvenyhorod oblast, who distributed videos in support of the occupiers.

Two women who called for the "separation" of the region and spread Russian narratives on social networks will be tried in Zakarpattia . One of the accused is a resident of Beregovo,  positioning herself as a local blogger, the other is from the village of Mala Byihan. Examinations confirmed that their posts contained signs of information and subversive activities in the interests of the aggressor state.

Depending on what was done under the procedural guidance of the Mykolaiv, Cherkasy and Zakarpattia regional prosecutor's offices, the suspects were charged with distributing materials calling for actions to change the boundaries of the territory or state border of Ukraine and justifying, recognizing as legitimate, denying the armed aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine, glorifying its participants (Part 1 of Article 110, Part 2 of Article 436-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).

Note: according to Art. 62 of the Constitution of Ukraine, a person is considered innocent of committing a crime and cannot be subjected to criminal punishment until his guilt is proven in a legal manner and established by a guilty verdict of the court.
