A pre-trial investigation has been initiated in a criminal proceeding regarding a war crime that resulted in loss of life (part 2 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).

On the evening of June 22, 2025, the armed forces of the Russian Federation attacked one of the settlements in the Snovsk community of the Korukivka district using UAVs.

As a result of the enemy attack, two people were killed, and 11 individuals sustained injuries of varying degrees of severity, including 4 minors. 

Information about the victims and damages is being clarified.

Investigators from the VPU No. 2 (Snovsk) of the Korukivka District Police Department of the Main Directorate of the National Police in the region and prosecutors from the Korukivka District Prosecutor's Office of Chernihiv Oblast are taking all necessary measures to document the consequences of yet another war crime by the Russian Federation.
