Prosecutors of the Rivne Regional Prosecutor's Office on October 22 sent an indictment to the court against the director of one of the communal enterprises of the Rivne City Council for declaring false information (part 2 of Article 366-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine). 

The investigation established that the official intentionally included knowingly false information in the declaration of a person authorized to perform state or local government functions for the year 2022.

In particular, his declaration did not reflect a house in the regional center, with an area of over 400 square meters and a value of more than 8 million UAH, as well as financial obligations of his wife amounting to over 4.6 million UAH. 

The pre-trial investigation was conducted by investigators of the Main Investigation Department of the National Police in the Rivne region with operational support from the Department of Strategic Investigations of the National Police of Ukraine.
