Anatolii Matios – Deputy Prosecutor General of Ukraine - Chief Military Prosecutor

 

Born on February 13, 1969
Anatolii Matios started his career in 1997 as an Assistant to Prosecutor of Chernivtsi City.
Mr. Matios occupied a number of positions during 1997 – 2008 at the prosecution authorities, inter alia, Head of Division for Supervision over Law Observance by Special Units and Other State Authorities Fighting Organized Crime at the Prosecutor’s Office of Kherson Region (appointed in 2001), Deputy Head of Division for Supervision over Law Observance by Internal Affairs Authorities in Operative and Search Activities, Inquiry and Pre-Trial Investigation at the Prosecutor’s Office of Kyiv City (2004), Head of Division responsible for overseeing the observance of laws by bodies of the Security Service, the State Customs Service and the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine at the same Prosecutor’s Office (2005-2008).
In the period of 2008 – 2010 Mr. Matios worked for the Security Service bodies. He also held positions of Advisor to the Head of the High Administrative Court of Ukraine (2011) and Head of Control Department at the Presidential Administration (2011-2014).    
On June 26, 2014 Anatolii Matios was appointed Deputy Prosecutor General of Ukraine - Chief Military Prosecutor.


   


Yurii Stoliarchuk – Deputy Prosecutor General of Ukraine

 

Born on September 9, 1962
Yurii Stoliarchuk started his career in 1987 as an Assistant to Prosecutor of Radianskii District of Kyiv City.   
From November 1987 to November 1993 he worked as an Investigator and Senior Investigator at the Prosecutor's Office of Radianskii District of Kyiv City.
In 1993 Mr. Stoliarchuk was appointed Deputy Prosecutor of the Kiev Prosecutor’s Office responsible for supervision over observance of laws in defense industry, after which in July 1994 he was appointed Deputy Kiev Interregional Special Prosecutor.
In the period between February 1996 and July 2002 Mr. Stoliarchuk held a number of positions at the Prosecutor’s Office of Kyiv City, inter alia, Head of Investigation Division, Head of Division for Law Observance during Investigations Conducted by Prosecution Authorities, Prosecutor of Division for Law Observance by Special Units Combating Organized Crime and Deputy Prosecutor of Kyiv City.
In July 2002 he joined the Central Office of the Prosecutor General`s Office as Deputy Head of the Department for Investigation of Particularly Important Cases of the Main Investigation Department.
In February 2004 Mr. Stoliarchuk retired.
In July 2014 he returned to PGO of Ukraine where he was appointed Deputy Head of the Main Department for Supervision in Criminal Proceedings. In February 2015 he became the First Deputy Head of the Main Investigation Department.
Pursuant to the order of the Prosecutor General of Ukraine, Yurii Stoliarchuk was appointed Deputy Prosecutor General of Ukraine on April 1, 2015.


   


Yevhenii Yenin – Deputy Prosecutor General of Ukraine

 

Born on November 19, 1980

2002 - graduated from the National academy of the Security service of Ukraine,  specialty «law»;  2010 - earned PhD in political science, specialty «Basis of the National security of Ukraine»;  September 2012 – Ukrainian State University of Finance and International Trade, specialty «international law».

August 2002 - December 2005 – worked in the Security service of Ukraine and Foreign Intelligence service of Ukraine.

December 2005 - December 2009 – third, second secretary of the Embassy of Ukraine to Moldova.

March 2010 - November 2012– second, first secretary, chief of the unit for  Romania, Moldova and the Balcans in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine.

From November, 2012 – counselor,  Minister-Counselor of the Embassy of Ukraine to the Italian Republic.

On June 7, 2016 Yevhenii Yenin was appointed Deputy Prosecutor General of Ukraine.

Pursuant to the Decree of the President of Ukraine he was awarded the Order «For Сourage» of the ІІІ degree.

 


   


Nazar Kholodnytskyi – Deputy Prosecutor General of Ukraine – Head of Special Anti-Corruption Prosecutor’s Office

 

Born on January 31, 1985
Graduated from Lviv National University named after Ivan Franko in 2006.
Nazar Kholodnytskyi started his career in the prosecution authorities in 2006 as an Assistant to Prosecutor at the Prosecutor’s Office of Kyivo-Sviatoshynskyi District in Kyiv Region. From 2009 to 2014 – Senior Assistant to Prosecutor, Senior Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of Kyivo-Sviatoshynskyi District in Kyiv Region. From March to December 2014 – Senior Assistant to the First Deputy Prosecutor General of Ukraine.
From December 2014 to November 2015 - First Deputy Prosecutor of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea.
In November 30, 2015, pursuant to the order of the Prosecutor General of Ukraine, following a competitive selection, he was appointed Deputy Prosecutor General of Ukraine – Head of Special Anti-Corruption Prosecutor’s Office


 

 


Dmytro Storozhuk – First Deputy Prosecutor General of Ukraine

 Born on November 12, 1985

2008 - graduated from the Kyiv National University of Internal Affairs, specialty "law".

2007 - 2008 - served as senior legal counsel, and then as a head of the Central Department of the Office of litigation of Department of monitoring and vindication of receivables at "Dogma Ukraine", and then continued his legal practice in advocacy.

March 5, 2014 - October 24, 2014 – the Head of the State Penitentiary Service of Ukraine, and from November 2014 - Member of the Parliament of Ukraine of the eighth convocation.

 


 

 


Anzhela Stryzhevska – Deputy Prosecutor General of Ukraine

 

Born on April 1, 1965 in Koziatyn (Vinnytsia Region, Ukraine).

Graduated from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv (specialty «law») in 1992. Ph.D. in Law.

1984 - 1986 – Court Secretary, Shevchenkivskyi District Court in Kyiv.

1986 - 1989 – Secretary of Judicial Session, Kyiv City Court.

1989 - 1990 – Jurisconsult.

1990 - 1992 – Labour Rights Inspector, Medical Workers Trade Union of Kyiv.

1992 - 2002 – Teaching Fellow of Law Faculty, Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.

2002 - 2006 – Judge of Pechersk District Court in Kyiv.

2006 - 2010 – Trial Chamber Judge in Criminal Issues, Appeal Court of Kyiv.

2010 - 2011 – Assistant Professor, Chair of Criminal Law and Criminology, Law Faculty, Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.

2011 - 2016 – Scientific Consultant, Supreme Court of Ukraine.

May - July 2016 – Head of Department for Reforms and Providing of Work Quality, Prosecutor General’s Office of Ukraine.

On July 8, 2016 Anzhela Stryzhevska was appointed Deputy Prosecutor General of Ukraine.
